Stolen and slightly altered from narnialover7. And, yes, I know I said the movie post was going to be the last summing up of 2015... But I lied?

Your main fandom of 2015: Beyond a doubt DC comics. Before 2015 I'd written no DC comics, going into 2016 I've written 40+ stories for DC comics. Considering that beforehand I'd written 10 stories in a fandom at most, this was quite the achievement.

Your favorite film of 2015: Star Wars: The Force Awakens! Last film we saw last year, best film we saw last year.

Your favorite book of 2015: The Girl With all the Gifts by MR Carey was just FANTASTIC. It wasn't really the type of thing I could get super fannish about, but it was definitely the one I enjoyed the most.

As for favourite book that actually came out in 2015... Uh, probably the first volume of the Unbeatable Squirrel Girl. Goddamn do I love that comic.

Your favorite album or song of 2015: Oh, god, I'm even more of a music butterfly than a fandom butterfly. Um. I listened to Lorde pretty much solidly from January to March, so probably her first album?

Your favorite TV show of 2015: A toss up between Jessica Jones and the Flash. Jessica Jones was probably tighter, but the Flash was one of my main fandoms in 2015 and I love most of the stuff it does.

Your best new fandom discovery of 2015: 2015 was the year I got super super into comics, so probably comics! Beforehand I'd read only sporadically and not really written any fic, now... Neither of those things are at all true.

Your biggest fandom disappointment of 2015: Spectre. I went into it expecting great things, and came out full of loathing. It wasn't the worst movie I've ever seen, it was just... Such a disappointment on so many levels for me.

Your biggest squee moment of 2015: Toss up between Wally appearing on the Flash, J'onn J'onzz (!) appearing on Supergirl or Dick Grayson going back to Gotham in Grayson. All three of them were moments where I ended up bouncing up and down on top of P's head.

Your most missed old fandom: Oh, damn, I'm sure I have one. Uh... I sort of miss Gotham? But, like, when we see news for it I'm also so glad that we stopped watching it so I'm not sure that it really counts. Mainly I just miss how enthusiastic fandom got about my two fics for it!

Your fandom you haven’t tried yet, but want to? Star Trek: DS9 is the main one, and hopefully we're finally going to get around to it this year. Otherwise all the various Stargates, and probably Farscape.

Your biggest anticipation of the New Year: SO. MANY! both Doctor Strange and Civil War are highly anticipated in our house, the second half of the Flash S2, the second half of Supergirl S1, Legends of Tomorrow, Daredevil S2, PRESUMABLY Luke Cage S1... Oh, and I'm really interested to see what they do with Rogue One. I'm not sure if I agree with having a Star Wars movie every year, but after how great TFA was I'm willing to give it at least a chance.

You make me worried for Gotham, LOL... I'm watching it only now, because I waited for the dub to air on TV here. I'm enjoying it so far, but I think it's mostly because of my love for procedurals than my love for Batman...

I actually liked the second season of Gotham a lot more than the first so far. It's a lot more solid and not as much all over the place. :D

It just wasn't really our kind of thing! P isn't that fond of procedurals, and I wasn't that fond of most of the characters. I'm glad you're enjoying it, though! :D

One of our RL friends guessed in advance, but I definitely wasn't expecting it to be more than wishful thinking! I was so thrilled. :D

lol so many of my answers are the same as yours! I didn't actually read your answer to the book one, so when I went to answer it with The Girl With All The Gifts I was like WAIT DID I ALREADY ANSWER THIS? lol

They should be really good! Or, at least, that's what I'm hoping based on previous experience. :D
